THE MOTORCYCLE'S FRONT SIDE REFLECTOR WAS NOT PLACED AT THE PROPER HEIGHT WHICH FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT."
